Acquisition Support

Site survey of the proposed space, including existing utilities and layout. Lim report review, including existing building consent applications against the tenancy. Change of use. Advise on free rent period and contributions.

Cost Budget

Review the preliminary design and put a high-level cost budget together to better understand if the design is meeting budget requirements. Provide Product substitutions should the budget look compromised. Offer PC sums for consultants and building consent. Value engineering options.

Designer Appointment or Design and Build Contracts

Helping find the right designer for the proposed fitout. Reviewing fee proposals. Provide support establishing who lodges building consent. Define scope of works between concerned and relevant parties to confirm the project pathway.

Consent Lodgement

Review the architectural drawing set, ensuring consent requirements have been met. Ensure consultant reports and specifications required for lodgement are finished.


Lodgement of CCC application and producer statements. Lodgement of CPU application and documentation.

Preliminary Design

Reviewing design elements with the designer and client to provide advice on detail and junctions. Provide advice on important information required for consent lodgement. Discuss consultant options and which consultants would be applicable to the project.


Competitive tenders with construction programming. National Subcontractor base for countrywide tendering. Value engineering options.


1-year warranty on workmanship. O&M Manuals are available on request. All installed products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
