Ollie Ward

Ollie has been working as a Project Manager for FSL the past five years, overseeing a wide range of construction projects. Notable projects include the Māori Television Production Studio, Kingpin Queenstown as onsite manager, Harakeke House, and Zone Bowling. His key responsibilities have included the day-to-day management of build operations, overseeing site personnel and sub-project teams, ensuring work is delivered within program and to the highest quality standards, maintaining health and safety compliance on-site, producing weekly stakeholder reports, and coordinating with design teams to ensure all guidelines are met.

Prior to his current role at FSL, Ollie spent seven years in Australia working in the operations for Accent Group, Australasia’s largest retailer. In this role, he was responsible for end-to-end project management of over 150 new store openings. His duties included managing all fit-out requirements both before and after handover to shopfitters, ensuring compliance with retail center regulations and guidelines, communicating with center retail development managers (RDMs) and tenancy coordinators, managing subcontractors and off-site procurement, and implementing new warehouse and stock procedures to streamline systems and processes.
